Behavior

Epsilon targets a single player with a laser for a few seconds, then attacks that player with an explosion. This explosion deals 1465 fire damage in multiplayer mode in Ultimate difficulty, with the damage percentage scaling down based on the player's EFR stat. An EFR of 50 will reduce it by 50%, down to 732 damage.

When Epsilon spawns, its lights and shields will choose one of four colors randomly; every time it finishes a shield attack, it will cycle to the next color in the order below. Each color has an associated elemental damage type that will be used for its shield attack.

• Red: Fire

• Blue: Ice (can freeze the player)

• Yellow: Lightning (can shock the player)

• Purple: Dark

Trivia

• In Ultimate difficulty (multiplayer), the purple Epsigard attack requires 1360 EDK for guaranteed immunity. This is impossible to reach legitimately.
