Forest was the first location on Ragol to be settled and colonised upon the arrival of the ship Pioneer 1. After completion of the Central Dome, Pioneer 1 signalled its sister ship, Pioneer 2, to depart from the homeworld of Coral. Before surfacing on the planet, however, Pioneer 2 loses all contact with Pioneer 1 as the surface of Ragol, including the Central Dome, is rocked by a large explosion of [[Dark Falz|unknown origin]]. Following this explosion, the wildlife in the area becomes more aggressive.
