Mother Garb+ is a strictly superior version of Mother Garb, offering higher stats and a higher Grants boost. As with Mother Garb, Mother Garb+ can only be equipped by FOnewms.
Mother Garb+ will reduce all TP costs from both Spirit and Techniques by 50%.
