Brightness Circle is a rare frame with an aesthetic effect. It is a popular choice on female characters for providing the highest EDK out of all frames available to them.

Combination
Brightness Circle can be created from using a 
Star Amplifier with a Spirit Garment equipped, though it is not recommended to do so as a Brightness Circle made in this way cannot have maximum DFP and EVP, since the maximum possible bonus DFP and EVP on Spirit Garment are 7 and 5, respectively.
This combination can be done by any character of at least level 111.
