An ice technique.
Launches arrows of ice to freeze nearby enemies.

Rabarta is a hard attack technique that deals ice damage. It launches ice shards in a circle around the user, damaging all nearby enemies.

Rabarta is capable of inflicting the Freeze status.

Because it is able to hit multiple enemies and inflict the Freeze status, Rabarta can fulfill a powerful support role in party play by freezing entire groups of monsters through repeated use, which works even if its damage is resisted.
