Sweetheart is a rare frame only equippable by females.
While Sweetheart is equipped, when the player is near male players, DFP will be decreased and weapon ATP will be increased by 30%. For example, a Dark Flow will have an effective ATP of 1170 instead of 900. This can, in certain situations, make HUnewearl and HUcaseal stronger than their counterparts, HUmar and HUcast.
Note that despite the max DFP/EVP of Sweetheart being 226/184, the effective max DFP/EVP of this item is actually 183/169, as the base item, Spirit Garment, only has a DFP range of 7 and an EVP range of 5.

Combination
Sweet Heart can be created from using a Magic Rock "Heart Key" with a Love Heart equipped. The extra DFP and EVP on the equipped Love Heart at the time of use will have its extra DFP and EVP transferred to the resulting Sweetheart.
This combination has no prerequisites other than being able to equip Love Heart.
