This quest can be used to convert enemy parts into weapons. Talk to Dr. Montague near the Principal's warp. This can also be completed in Dr. Osto's Research.

Note that completing this quest will prevent you from selecting it again to convert other enemy weapons until you complete all other Side Story quests.
