Scepter is the fourth (and highest) tier common wand. It provides a 20 MST boost, four times as much as the basic Wand.

Star Amplifier[edit | edit source]
Equipping a fully ground Scepter and using the combination item 
Star Amplifier will consume the Star Amplifier and turn the weapon into Twinkle Star. The attributes from the equipped Scepter at the time of use will be transferred to the resulting Twinkle Star.
This combination must be performed by a Force of at least level 130 with 670 or more MST.
Magic Rock "Heart Key"[edit | edit source]
Equipping a fully ground Scepter and using the combination item Magic Rock "Heart Key" will consume the Magic Rock "Heart Key" and turn the weapon into Magical Piece. The attributes from the equipped Scepter at the time of use will be transferred to the resulting Magical Piece.
