Orotiagito is the rarest Katana in the game. However, it does not have the highest ATP/ATA, being bested by Shouren, especially since Orotiagito can also not come with the Hit % attribute.
Orotiagito's special is a piercing wave at the cost of 7% of the user's max HP. Hard attack damage.
