Scepter is the fourth and highest common tier wand. It provides a 20 MST boost, four times as much as the basic wand.

Combinations

When a Star Amplifier is used and the Scepter is fully ground and equipped by a Force of level 130+ and 670+ MST, the Scepter will become Twinkle Star. The Scepter equipped at the time of use will have their attributes transferred to the resulting Twinkle Star.

When a Magic Rock "Heart Key" is used and the Scepter is fully ground and equipped by a Force of level 130+ and 800+ MST, the Scepter will become Magical Piece. The Scepter equipped at the time of use will have their attributes transferred to the resulting Magical Piece.
