Dress Plate is a rare frame only equippable by males. Despite its low DFP/EVP, it is popular for its very high EDK stat, which, in conjunction with other EDK-boosting items (especially 
Anti-Dark Ring), can make the user immune to most sources of Megid.
When close to a character of the opposite gender, Dress Plate shows an aesthetic effect similar to 
Love Heart and Sweetheart.
