Large fiery explosion burns all nearby enemies.

Rafoie is a hard attack technique that deals fire damage. It creates an explosion centered on the target, which damages both the target and nearby enemies.

Rafoie will not have any effect without a target; the casting animation will occur and TP will be consumed, but the technique will not be cast.

Rafoie has the highest power of the hard techniques, and can be employed effectively in episode 4.
