Combination
When a Magic Stone "Iritista" is used and the Cutter is fully ground and equipped by a character of level 120+ and 570+ ATP, the Cutter will become Rainbow Baton. The Cutter equipped at the time of use will have their attributes transferred to the resulting Rainbow Baton.

Quest Reward
A Cutter with 15 grind can be obtained by talking to Irene after completing 3-3:Central Control on Hard, while playing as a Hunter. Only one Cutter can be obtained this way per character.
