- Twin Brand made its debut in Phantasy Star Online, and has appeared in almost every game since.
- Twin Brand is one of the three signature weapons used by Ash. The other two are Double Saber and Stag Cutlery.
- Contrary to the standard photon color formula, Twin Brand is on par with, if not stronger than Stag Cutlery.
