Heart is a TP drain weapon special. It is the lowest tier of TP drain specials (1★). Heart weapons siphon TP from their targets.

Damage

Heart weapon special attacks deal 0.67x the damage of a normal attack.

TP drain specials cannot drain more than a certain amount of TP from their targets, depending on the difficulty level (denoted by Difficulty Cap in the formula below). The formula min means that the lesser of two values (separated by ",") will be chosen.

Base TP Drain = min((Power) * (Player Max TP), (Difficulty Cap))
TP Drained = (Base TP Drain) * (1 - Special Reduction)
