Clio is the strongest cane in the game, possessing over double the amount of ATP of the second strongest Cane, Summit Moon.

However, Clio is seldom used for its ATP, but rather its Zalure range boost and the ability to be equipped on both HUnewearl and RAmarl, giving them a Zalure range booster.
