Heavenly/Battle is a rare unit. While equipped, it increases the speed of attacks (notably not techniques) by 40%. It is considered the second-best unit in the game behind V101 (which offers the same attack speed boost as well as further stat boosts) due to the battle speed increase's significance.
Multiple sources of attack speed increase will not stack; only the highest source will apply.
