Branching Quest Line
This quest is part of a quest line starting with Dr. Osto's Research. Any choices made in the quest are permanent and cannot be changed after the quest is completed for the first time on that difficulty, even if the quest is replayed after completing all side stories on that difficulty. As such, it may be more beneficial to complete Dr. Osto's Research first.
If you did not tell Sue your name in Dr. Osto's Research and fought with Kireek in Black Paper, progress the quest as per normal until Ash tells you to go back to Pioneer 2. Go back to Pioneer 2 and then back to Ruins 2, and go SE until you find Kireek in a room with an unconscious Ash. Defeat him to obtain the 
Soul Eater.
