Gallon's Plan is an Episode 1 quest that awards 
Photon Tickets on completion. Photon Tickets may then be traded for certain items by speaking to Hopkins near the bank.
The amount of Photon Tickets awarded varies by your decision at the end of the quest:
- 1 Photon Ticket is awarded on Normal and Hard difficulty by answering "yes" to Alicia.
- 2 Photon Tickets are awarded on Very Hard and Ultimate difficulty by answering "yes" to Alicia.

Notes
- Sometimes, the collection of the 'thing' might bug out, where no interaction occurs when approaching the item. A reliable fix is to lead Alicia near the item, then approach Alicia, so that both of you are near the item.
