- When equipped, this unit decreases technique casting time.
It also increases MST by 5. - - In-game description
V801 is a rare unit that decreases technique charge time, and also cuts the technique casting animation. Multiple V801 units will not decrease casting speed any further, although the MST increase will still apply from multiple units.
This makes this unit a staple for all characters which use techniques regularly.
