A Racket is obtainable after clearing the quest 
New Mop-Up Operation #1 on Ultimate. Only one Racket may be obtained this way per character.

- Rackets are instruments used in a number of sports, including tennis, squash and badminton.
- Judging by the shape and size, this weapon is most likely a tennis racket.
