Frozen Shooter is a rare rifle. It is the most popular rifle in the game for its ability to reliably

Frozen Shooter's special attack fires a projectile with heavy attack power and accuracy, infinite vertical range (similar to a launcher), and has a 100% chance to freeze an enemy on hit.
Frozen Shooter has a 25% chance of freezing the player if it remains equipped for two minutes. Being on Pioneer 2 will not stop the timer, though it will prevent one from being frozen. The timer will reset after reaching two minutes regardless. Importantly, the timer will reset and does not count if the weapon is unequipped.
