Gallon's Plan is an Episode 1 quest that awards 
Photon Tickets on completion. Photon Tickets may then be traded for certain items by speaking to Hopkins near the bank.
The amount of Photon Tickets awarded varies by your decision at the end of the quest:
- 1 Photon Ticket is awarded on Normal and Hard difficulty by answering "yes" to Alicia.
- 2 Photon Tickets are awarded on Very Hard and Ultimate difficulty by answering "yes" to Alicia.
