Forest Bonus Ending

There is a bonus ending available on Very Hard and Ultimate modes only. You must answer with "!!" at the start of the quest, then talk to the Fomarl on pioneer 2 after getting the required number of kills. Forest 2 should be unlocked at the main teleporter. Then progress through the map until you unlock the computer terminal across the bridge. A message left by Heathcliff for Donoph and Zoke will play:

• Playing message... "I think I can guess who might be listening to this... I'm going to leave you all now. It's sad that we weren't able to see each other again. But I guess that was our destiny. It's very peaceful here. But it's very boring because it's peaceful. Donoph... This is not the right place for you. Especially, for you... Ha ha ha. My daughter will take care of you. Don't cause any problems, old man. You've been her favorite uncle ever since she was a child. I can only imagine those good old days... And, Zoke, I know you want "out," but don't do anything stupid. You're so stubborn. You haven't changed over the years. Well... I did some things that I'm not really proud of... Well, those days are long gone. I hope you've learned to forgive me. Don't let that girl worry too much about. There's so much I want to say, but I guess I better wrap it up for now. See you soon... On the other side. ... ... ... ... ... ..." End message.

If you talk to the Fomarl on Pioneer 2 again, she will reveal that she is Heathcliff's adopted daughter and that Heathcliff did not want to go on Pioneer 1, and refused several times before being forced to go. Incidentally, if you have completed Forest of Sorrow, the Fomarl will recognize you because she is Alicia from the lab.

Donoph Speech Ending

To unlock this bonus ending, you must tell Sue your name in Dr. Osto's research and talk to Bernie in the following quests:

• Unsealed Door
• Waterfall Tears
• Black Paper
• Knowing One's Heart
• Seek My Master

You must also talk to Bernie near the teleporter to the Principal. You may also need to complete Forest of Sorrow as Donoph will mention Alicia.

Donoph will talk about Alicia, Heath and Zoke before dying.
