Sealed J-Sword is a sword-type weapon with an unreduced Hell special. It is notorious for being difficult to find, having a single, extremely rare drop in only one area of the game. It randomly inflicts slow when equipped.
Sealed J-Sword unseals into Tsumikiri J-Sword if used while equipped with 23,000 kills earned.
