Clio is a rare cane. It is the highest-ATP cane in the game, with more than double the ATP of the next-highest ATP cane, Windmill. While equipped, it boosts the damage of 
Grants and the range of 
Zalure.
As a Cane, however, Clio is seldom used for its ATP, and is more commonly used as a way for HUnewearl and RAmarl to increase their Zalure range.
Clio is not recommended for Forces, as they can use the superior (and more easily obtained) Glide Divine for 
Jellen and Zalure, and Caduceus or Mercurius Rod for a higher boost to Grants.

Trivia
- Clio was originally not equippable by HUnewearl on Sega servers, only being equippable by the Forces and RAmarl. This was changed in an Ephinea update on January 9, 2017.
