Caduceus is a rare rod. It is one of the few weapons in the game that boosts Grants, with the other weapons including Mercurius Rod. Its special attack casts level 4 Foie.

Because Caduceus only boosts Grants, and Mercurius Rod both offers a higher boost and requires Caduceus to obtain, it is generally recommended for a player to seek out the other items required for Mercurius Rod if a Caduceus is found, as it is a direct upgrade.
