Windmill is a rare cane with a unique special attack. Each attack performed increases the speed at which Windmill spins. When not attacking, Windmill decelerates over time. While Windmill is spinning fast enough, using the special attack will cause the head to fire at enemies like a projectile with hard accuracy, hard power and a shot range and radius.

Windmill's speed does not reset or decelerate when not equipped, making it possible to store the special attack for later use.
