Belra Cannon is a rare shot weapon that is the result of converting the enemy part 
Belra's Right Arm. This weapon cannot make a combo attack, but its projectile will pierce multiple enemies, similar to a launcher. It does not have a special attack.
Hit % can be added to this weapon by exchanging Photon Crystals with Dr. Montague in the quest 
Claire's Deal 5 (after completing a sidequest in 9-5:The Chosen (1/2)), to a maximum of 50.

Ten individual Belra Cannons is one of seven trade components for the 
Red Ring plating Deep Plating in the quest The Forge.

Belra Cannon is obtainable by giving Montague Belra's Right Arm in the quest Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door after completing Doc's Secret Plan.
