Some say there is room for further improvement, but...
S-Berill's Hands #0 are a rare dagger (notably not fists) that are the result of converting the enemy parts 
Sinow Berill's Arms.
The Hit attribute can be added to this weapon, to a maximum of 50%, by completing a sidequest in 
9-5:The Chosen (1/2), then exchanging Photon Crystals with Dr. Montague in the quest Claire's Deal 5.
Combination
This weapon becomes S-Berill's Hands #1 if used with a Berill Photon. The attributes from the S-Berill's Hands #0 will transfer to the resulting S-Berill's Hands #1.
This combination must be performed on a hunter with at least 600 ATP.
Availability
Enemy Parts
S-Berill's Hands #0 is obtainable by giving Montague Sinow Berill's Arms in the quest Dr. Osto's Research or Unsealed Door after completing Doc's Secret Plan.
