Availability
Resta Merge has been a reward from several events:
- Christmas 2015 (Ultimate Present, min stats)
- Time Attack 2015 (Top 5) (max stats)
- Easter 2016 (5-Egg Gamble, min stats)
- Christmas 2015 (Hard, Very Hard, Ultimate Presents, min stats)
- Easter 2017 (1-Egg Gamble, max stats)
- Christmas 2016 (Hard, Very Hard, Ultimate Presents, min stats)
- Easter 2018 (1-Egg Gamble, random stats)
Combination
Resta Merge can be created from using an 
Amplifier of Resta with any 
Recovery Barrier equipped. The Recovery Barrier equipped at the time of use will have its extra DFP/EVP transferred to the resulting Resta Merge.
This combination can be done on any character that is at least level 11.
