This quest is currently NOT in the Ragol_Boost_Road rotation

Lost Son Jim (LSJ) is a Retrieval Quest found in Episode 1, and does not follow the traditional "Lost" quest series pattern of finding the lost item upon defeating the final monster. Players can complete the quest by clearing the monsters, but will be rewarded extra Meseta icon.pngMeseta if they find Jim.

Note that the standard quest completion flag is read by all clients, while anything else is individual per client (E.g. Player 1 does not get bonus Meseta, but Player 2 does for finding The Missing Son).

This quest is very long with many hidden secrets. If you are unable to unlock the eastern door in Cave 3, it may be necessary to return to previous rooms for delayed monster spawns.

Scanner

There is a hidden scanner in Forest 2. Continue past the teleporter and use an area-of-effect attack to destroy an item box behind the door, which triggers a Hildebear to spawn at the starting area. Kill it and it will unlock the locked door. When interacted with, a glowing ball there will add the scanner to the quest board.
