Prophets of Motav is the rarest wand in the game. It only drops on two IDs at very low drop rates. Despite its boost to hard techniques, however, it is overwhelmingly passed up in favour of 
Psycho Wand, since Psycho Wand boosts hard techniques more than Prophets of Motav, and is also easier to obtain (albeit still difficult).
The Jellen and Zalure from Prophets of Motav's special attack is level 5.

Reskins
Prophets of Motav has Ephinea-exclusive cosmetic skins that can be obtained. This renames the Prophets of Motav to Prophets of Motav*. The skin can be removed via using Neutralizer, but you will not receive the used weapon skin back.
