Psycho Wand is one of the rarest items in the game, and an incredibly powerful Force weapon. While Psycho Wand is equipped, TP costs are reduced by 50% at the cost of 100% of the original TP cost being drained from HP. TP reduction and HP drain are applied in inventory order, meaning the drained HP will be reduced if Adept is higher in your inventory than Psycho Wand.

Its special casts a random low level simple technique.

Reskins
