Limiter
- Lowers your ATP, MST, EVP, DFP, and LCK by 30.
Also lowers ATA and all resistances by 10. - - In-game description
Limiter is a rare unit that decreases all your stats.
After 20,000 kills with Limiter equipped, it can be used to turn into Adept.
