Izmaela is a rare slicer obtainable only during events. It is notable for being one of the few ways for androids to cast techniques.
Its special attack casts 
Foie, 
Barta, 
Zonde and 
Grants, in that order, per attack. This special attack has slightly less range than a handgun (150 units). The technique levels seem to vary randomly from 6 to 14, but this is unconfirmed.
