Ranger Wall is a rare barrier only equippable by Rangers. It is considered the best barrier for Rangers prior to level 180 due to its 20 ATA boost, which no barrier other than Red Ring provides.
While the maximum stats of this barrier are 80/155, this barrier can only come with minimum stats because it is a quest reward.

Ranger Wall can be obtained from 
Gallon's Shop by selecting the "Buy a ???" that appears after obtaining 300 Gallon Points while playing as a Ranger. Only one Ranger Wall can be obtained this way per character. Note that this item is unavailable in Classic mode.
