Three Seals is a rare barrier only equippable by Forces. It provides a great amount of resistances along with a Razonde boost, making it a popular option for both defense and offense.
Three Seals is able to rarely negate an instance of physical damage if the player's DFP and EVP aren't enough to block said damage. This effect has a 3% chance of occurring when a physical attack hits the player. A successful negation is indicated with cyan "RESIST" text near the player. The negation does not work against techniques, nor does it restore TP, despite other sources claiming otherwise.
While this barrier is equipped, HP is drained while moving at a rate of 1 HP every 6 seconds.
