Dress Plate is a rare frame only equippable by males. It is a popular frame due to its massive EDK boost which practically makes the user immune to most sources of Megid.
When close to a character of the opposite gender, Dress Plate shows an aesthetic effect similar to Love Heart and Sweetheart.
