Its special attack casts a random level 3-15 Foie.

Hit can be added to this weapon by exchanging Photon Crystals with Dr. Montague in the quest Claire's Deal 5 (after completing a sidequest in 9-5:The Chosen (1/2)), to a maximum of 50.
