Psycho Wand is one of the rarest items in the game, and is an incredibly powerful Force weapon. It provides the greatest weapon-based technique boosts to the most common area of effect techniques: 
Rafoie, 
Rabarta, and 
Razonde.
Its special casts a random low level simple technique.
While Psycho Wand is equipped, TP costs are reduced by 50% at the cost of 100% of the original TP cost being drained from HP.
TP reduction and HP drain are applied in inventory order as seen by the server, meaning the drained HP will be reduced if 
Adept is higher in the player's inventory than Psycho Wand upon creating or entering a game session.
- Note: Retrieving either of these items from the player's bank will effectively append said item to the bottom of the inventory according to the server until leaving the current game session, regardless of the client inventory sort order seen by the player.

Reskins
Psycho Wand has Ephinea-exclusive cosmetic skins that can be obtained. This renames the Psycho Wand to Psycho Wand*. The skin can be removed via using 
Neutralizer, but you will not receive the used weapon skin back.
