Spread Needle is a unique rare rifle. Unlike all other rifles, it fires 5 shots at once, similar to a shot. However, Spread Needle's range is very limited, less than that of a mechgun.
Reskins
Spread Needle has Ephinea-exclusive cosmetic skins that can be obtained. This renames the Spread Needle to Spread Needle*. The skin can be removed via using 
Neutralizer, but you will not receive the used weapon skin back.

V502 a 100% chance to paralyze.

Girtablulu can always be hit by S3 from either class with a 0 Hit Spread Needle. RAmar makes better use of ES Needle, guaranteeing an S3 on any of these enemies, and RAmarl has a similarly guaranteed S3 with ES Needle on Dorphon and Girtablulu, but not on Dorphon Eclair.
