Smoking Plate is a frame equippable only by FOnewms. It has an aesthetic effect.
Despite its good defensive stats and resistances, it is largely passed up in favor of other Force options, such as Ignition Cloak or Tempest Cloak, which grant further boosts to techniques, or for the other FOnewm-only rare frames, Mother Garb and Mother Garb+, which reduce TP consumption by half.
