Zonde is a simple attack technique that deals lightning damage. It strikes a single enemy with a bolt of lightning. The bolt strikes instantly from directly above the enemy and cannot "miss" its target due to travel time. This makes Zonde the most accurate simple technique.

Zonde is the only simple attack technique that can inflict a status ailment on enemies. Zonde, Gizonde, and Razonde can all inflict Shock.

Level progression

Zonde's statistics improve when its level increases, but the MST required to learn it and TP required to cast it increase as well.
