Mother Garb is a rare frame that is only equippable by FOnewms.
Mother Garb offers a boost to 
Grants, and reduces all TP costs from both spirit attacks and Techniques by 50%.
Mother Garb+ is a strictly superior form of Mother Garb, offering slightly higher stats (including resistances), a larger boost to Grants, and the same reduction to TP costs.
