Striker of Chao is the upgraded version of Branch of Pakupaku. It is popular amongst Forces, especially FOmar and FOnewm, for its Shifta and Deband range boosts. It is the only weapon equippable by the male forces that boosts the range of Shifta and Deband.

This weapon turns into a Branch of Pakupaku if brought to the waterfall in Ruins in the Towards the Future quest. The stats from the Striker of Chao are not transferred in the process.

Reskins

Striker of Chao has Ephinea-exclusive cosmetic skins that can be obtained. This renames the Striker of Chaoto Striker of Chao*. The skin can be removed via using Neutralizer, but you will not receive the used weapon skin back.

Combination

Striker of Chao can be created from using a Chao mag with Branch of Pakupaku equipped. The Branch of Pakupaku equipped at the time of use will have their attributes transferred to the resulting Striker of Chao.

This combination must be done on a Force with at least 695 MST and at least level 100.

Quest Reward

Striker of Chao can be obtained in the quest Towards the Future with a Branch of Pakupaku in the player's inventory.

After entering Forest, return to the Medical Center to find a warp which will transport the player to the Ruins. With at least one Branch of Pakupaku in the inventory, stand under the waterfall in the large room and follow the sequence of events to have the Branch of Pakupaku turn into a Striker of Chao.

Striker of Chao obtained this way will not have the stats from the Branch of Pakupaku retained.
