Bringer's Rifle is a rare rifle that is the result of converting the enemy part 
Bringer's Right Arm. It is a popular choice for Rangers, as well as Forces (who cannot normally wield rifles) as a single-target Demon's option as Hit % can be added to it (semi-) reliably.
Hit can be added to this weapon by exchanging Photon Crystals with Dr. Montague in the quest 
Claire's Deal 5 (after completing a sidequest in 9-5:The Chosen (1/2)), to a maximum of 50.
Reskins
Bringer's Rifle has Ephinea-exclusive cosmetic skins that can be obtained. This renames the Bringer's Rifle to Bringer's Rifle*. The skin can be removed via using Neutralizer, but you will not receive the used weapon skin back.
