Gibarta.pngGibarta is a normal attack technique that deals ice damage. It launches a cone of icy projectiles in front of the user.

Gibarta.pngGibarta is capable of inflicting Freeze.pngFreeze on enemies.

Despite its visual animation, Gibarta.pngGibarta's hitbox is deceptively small. This, combined with its long casting time, makes it less useful than either Barta.pngBarta or Rabarta.pngRabarta for dealing ice damage. It is considered to be the worst attacking technique.

Damage formula

All techniques that deal damage can have that damage calculated with this formula:

  • Damage = round(((TechPower + MST) * 0.2 * (1 + Boosts) * (100 - Resistance) / 100), 1)

Technique boosts

Level progression

Gibarta.pngGibarta's statistics improve when its level increases, but the MST required to learn it and TP required to cast it increase as well.

Level 30

Collapse

Level 30 Gibarta disks can be found on Ultimate difficulty in Cave 3, Jungle Area (North) and Crater (South).

Drop boosts that increase drop anything rate (DAR) will also increase the technique drop rates (except for monsters that already have 100% DAR). Drop boosts increasing rare drop rate (RDR) however decrease technique drop rates slightly (except for monsters that have 87.5% RDR).
