FOmar is a human Force with the highest ATP of all the Forces and a 30% boost to the power of Gi-series techniques. With his powerful Gifoie and strong physical damage with weapons, he is able to adapt to any situation and provide damage to a party in his own right. However, FOmar has the lowest ATA in the game, meaning players need to get creative with how they approach certain enemies, or invest in equipment with very high Hit.
In comparison to the other Forces, FOmar has Gifoie that is on par with FOnewm (after learning level 30 Gifoie), and is the highest damage dealer in locations where techniques are not viable, such as Ruins or Episode 2. However, he is not as strong at casting techniques in general as the newmans, and in parties which require a healer, FOmar can struggle to provide support due to his low Resta and Anti range.
Pros and cons[edit | edit source]
Pros
- Highest ATP of the Forces - Allows FOmar to deal damage very well in locations where techniques are not viable.
- Very strong Gifoie - With level 30 Gifoie, FOmar defeats all important monsters in the same number of casts as FOnewm.
- Extremely powerful solo - As FOmar is a Force, he is very powerful when playing alone in Episodes 1 and 4.
Cons
- Lowest ATA in the game - With only 163 ATA, FOmar has to rely on accuracy glitches, lower tier attacks, or very high Hit gear in certain locations.
Section ID choice[edit | edit source]
Note that the section ID choices below are merely suggestions, and are not required choices for playing FOmar. All IDs have tangible benefits, leaving ID selection up to player preference. Below are a few recommended IDs for FOmar depending on what type of item coverage is preferred.
Finding items for FOmar[edit | edit source]
Pinkal
Pinkal is a staple for FOmar, as it finds many core Force items in the early game, such as Fire Scepter: Agni, Ice Staff: Dagon, and Storm Wand: Indra, along with boosted rates to all amplifiers. Once reaching Ultimate, Pinkal offers useful Force items such as Slicer of Fanatic, V801, Limiter, Guardianna, Lame d'Argent, and Diska of Braveman.
Finding items that FOmar hunts well[edit | edit source]
Greenill
Forces are masters of Episode 4, and Greenill has a very powerful Episode 4 with items such as V101, Heaven Striker, and Cannon Rouge. Greenill has decent Ruins drops as well, finding both Red Ring and Monkey King Bar.
Redria
Like Greenill, Redria finds Heaven Striker and Cannon Rouge in Episode 4. Redria also has good Ruins drops, finding both Red Ring and Diska of Braveman.
General good ID[edit | edit source]
Whitill
Whitill is a powerful ID that gets many coveted and valued items in almost every area in the game. Whitill is the most unrestrictive ID, giving players the freedom to play any content and still have the chance of scoring something big, in contrast to more restrictive IDs such as Bluefull, which focus players into certain areas. Whitill finds many good items such as V502, Heaven Striker, Diska of Braveman, Frozen Shooter, Slicer of Fanatic, and more!
Material and Mag plans[edit | edit source]
Important Stats Only - Maxes important stats as early as possible. Recommended for levelling.
Min-Max - Maxes as many character specific stats as possible by level 200 using the minimum number of slot units. Recommended at level 200.
Max Stats - Attempts to max all stats at level 200. Ignores any sort of equipment efficiency. Not recommended.
