HUcaseal is an android Hunter who has the highest ATA of the all the Hunters. Along with access to traps, this gives her the best crowd control ability of all the Hunters, able to use her ATA to land special attacks such as paralysis more often. HUcaseal's ATP, however, is relatively low, especially in comparison to her male counterpart HUcast. She also has less ATP than RAcast, making her damage output something to be desired, but with liberal usage of traps, she is always a valuable asset to any group.
HUcaseal has unique animations for claws, double sabers, fists, and daggers, although only the dagger animation has significant speed benefit over other classes.
Pros and cons[edit | edit source]
Pros
- Access to powerful Hunter weapons - weapons such as Dark Flow and Vjaya allow HUcaseal to do extremely high damage, albeit only in specific scenarios and for high costs
- Highest Hunter ATA - making it much easier for HUcaseal to use special attacks compared to the other Hunters
- Access to traps - Freeze traps and confuse traps are the strongest crowd control options in the game, giving HUcaseal plenty of tools to turn the tide of battle
Cons
- Limited effective range - In comparison to Rangers and Forces, Hunters do not have as much area-of-effect range, meaning their effectiveness is lowered if not positioned correctly
- Low ATP - With only 1,301 maximum ATP, HUcaseal is somewhat weak as a Hunter
- Identical to HUcast - Despite HUcaseal's extra ATA, her playstyle and offerings are identical to HUcast, who performs much better due to his staggeringly high ATP
Section ID choice[edit | edit source]
Note that the section ID choices below are merely suggestions, and are not required choices for playing HUcaseal. All IDs have tangible benefits, leaving ID selection up to player preference. Below are a few recommended IDs for HUcaseal depending on what type of item coverage is preferred.
Finding items for HUcaseal[edit | edit source]
Skyly
Skyly has access to many essential HUcaseal items and an increased rate of finding sword-type weapons, which is important in the early game and for finding Hit Caliburs later. Items include Daylight Scar, Sealed J-Sword, Red Ring, and Lame d'Argent.
Finding items that HUcaseal hunts well[edit | edit source]
Viridia
Hunters are potent boss killers, and Viridia is ideal for hunting bosses as Red Ring and Parasitic Gene "Flow" are coveted drops which only drop from the bosses at the end of episode 1 and episode 2. L&K38 Combat is also an item that can be hunted while hunting bosses.
General good ID[edit | edit source]
Whitill
Whitill is a powerful ID that gets many coveted and valued items in almost every area in the game. Whitill is the most unrestrictive ID, giving players the freedom to play any content and still have the chance of scoring something big, in contrast to more restrictive IDs such as Bluefull, which focus players into certain areas. Whitill finds many good items such as V502, Heaven Striker, Diska of Braveman, Frozen Shooter, Slicer of Fanatic, and more!
Material and Mag plans[edit | edit source]
Important Stats Only - Maxes important stats as early as possible. Recommended for leveling.
Min-Max - Maxes as many character specific stats as possible by level 200 using the minimum number of slot units. Recommended at level 200.
Max Stats - Attempts to max all stats at level 200. Ignores any sort of equipment efficiency. Not recommended.
With V101[edit | edit source]
Plan | Mag | Units | Shield | Materials | |||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Power | Def | Mind | Evade | Luck | Unused | ||||
Important Stats Only | 5/131/64/0 | V101 | Red Ring | 122 | - | - | - | 28 | - |
Min-Max | 5/131/64/0 | V101 | Red Ring | 62 | 53 | - | 7 | 28 | - |
Max Stats | 5/137/58/0 | V101, Centurion/Ability | Red Ring | 41 | 38 | - | 28 | 13 | 30 |
Important Stats Only* | 5/131/64/0 | V101 | Red Ring | 112 | - | - | - | 38 | - |
Min-Max* | 5/131/64/0 | V101 | Red Ring | 62 | 50 | - | - | 38 | - |
Min-Max** | 5/131/64/0 | V101 | Red Ring | 62 | 10 | - | 50 | 28 | - |
The ISO* and Min-Max* plans disregard Red Ring as a means of maxing the LCK stat, allowing for swaps to other barriers such as Kasami Bracer without losing out on crit chance.
The Min-Max** plan does mostly the same, but favors EVP materials over DEF to max out her EVP stat, even without V101. This allows her to maximize Estlla on Saint-Milion by stacking four Proof of Sword-Saint, as well as blocking a good amount of enemies in the game. Alternatively you can also use 0 DEF Materials and 38 Luck materials instead, to have max Luck without the use of Red Ring.
Without V101[edit | edit source]
Plan | Mag | Units | Shield | Materials | ||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Power | Def | Mind | Evade | Luck | ||||
Important Stats Only | 5/128/67/0 | - | Red Ring | 115 | - | - | - | 35 |
Min-Max | 5/128/67/0 | - | Red Ring | 72 | 43 | - | - | 35 |
HUcaseal has no Max Stats plan without a V101; it would still require two units, so it's better to use a plan that includes V101 to allow for more equipment usage.
